Alzheimer’s Reversal for Doctors: Thyroid Hormone
Thyroid hormones are at the top of the list for two good reasons, 1) they play the most direct role in regulating basal metabolic rate, and 2) the standard of care for hypothyroid symptoms is woefully dysfunctional.

Stop taking Lecithin
The attached article 1) shows a high correlation of plasma lecithin (phosphatidyl choline, PC) and two of its metabolites (TMAO and betaine) with cardiovascular disease in a 2000 patient clinical study), and 2) shows the induction of lipid-laden macrophages and 3X increase in aortic atherosclerosis in mice that were force-fed PC.

Collagen and Lung Fibrosis
A 50 year old patient with lung fibrosis (cause unknown) finds it very difficult to breathe. Can anybody suggest any treatment to facilitate his breathing?

BHT for Herpes
Do you have any suggestions on what I could do to make things better? I tried taking the BHT without food/fat and then started taking it with my morning smoothie that has some fat in it.
